What You’re Booking

Website in a Day (WIAD) is a one-day, intensive website build where a Club Coco designer brings your brand to life online — quickly, strategically and properly.

This includes:

One full day (6–7 hours) of dedicated website build time

A custom 5-page Squarespace website (Home, About, Services, Contact + one additional page)

Strategic layout and content mapping using your existing brand

Mobile optimisation

Basic on-page SEO setup (page titles + meta descriptions)

Contact form setup

Final website handover within 24 hours

A post-launch tutorial to help you connect your domain and make small edits

A 7-day refinement window for minor tweaks

Please note that this is an express build. The scope is intentionally focused to ensure we can deliver a polished, high-quality website within one day.

Website in a Day is exclusively available to future, past and present Club Coco branding clients (including those booking Brand in a Day prior). We do not build websites without established brand foundations. This offer is not available to current client website bookings.

What’s Not Included

Website in a Day is designed for time-poor founders who need a streamlined, strategic website — not a complex custom development project.

It does not include:

Full website migration from another platform (e.g. Wix, Showit, Shopify, WordPress)

Content transfer from existing websites

Domain purchase or management

Squarespace subscription fees

Advanced SEO strategy or keyword research

Custom coding or advanced development

Membership portals, advanced booking systems or complex integrations

Copywriting services (core messaging must be supplied unless otherwise agreed)

E-commerce builds for brands with more than 4 products

If you require a larger product catalogue, complex functionality or a more layered build, we’ll happily recommend one of our custom website packages.

Payment & Refunds

To secure your Website in a Day, a 50% deposit (or full payment) is required at the time of booking. This locks in your designer and build date.

Deposits are non-refundable

You may reschedule once with at least 48 hours’ notice (see rescheduling section)

If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice or don’t show up, you forfeit your deposit

The remaining 50% is due on the day of your session, before your website is handed over

We’ll send a reminder on the morning of your build day with a payment link to keep things simple and smooth.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your Website in a Day, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice and we’ll move your booking to the next available date.

We understand that genuine emergencies can happen. If something serious arises (e.g. illness, family emergency), reach out and we’ll work through it together.

Reschedules must occur within 3 months of your original booking date

Reschedules are subject to availability

Cancellations or no-shows with less than 48 hours’ notice (without emergency circumstances) result in forfeiture of deposit

Communication

Website in a Day is fast-paced and collaborative — communication is essential.

Your day begins with a short alignment call to confirm structure and direction

You’ll have a dedicated Club Coco designer building your website in real-time

You must be available throughout the day to provide timely feedback via text or call

We’ll check in at key milestones for review and sign-off

Your website will be ready for handover by the end of the day (or shortly after, depending on complexity)

If you’re unavailable or slow to respond, it may limit what can be completed during the session — so please treat the day as a collaboration and block it out fully.

Usage & Ownership

Once final payment has been received, you own the final website design we deliver.

We reserve the right to showcase your project in our portfolio, social media and marketing unless otherwise requested. Any unused concepts, draft layouts or alternative designs remain the intellectual property of Club Coco.

Mutual Expectations

To get the most out of your Website in a Day, we expect you to:

Have completed branding with Club Coco (past, present or booked prior)

Provide all required content and assets before your build date

Be available on the day for feedback and approvals

Trust the process — it moves quickly, but with intention

In return, you can expect us to show up prepared, focused and ready to build something strong with you.
