Brand in a Day Terms & Conditions
What You’re Booking
Brand in a Day (BIAD) is a one-day, intensive design sprint where you’ll work closely with a Club Coco designer to bring your brand to life. This includes:
One full day (6–7 hours) of dedicated design time
A collaborative, real-time process with check-ins throughout the day
A tailored brand suite — typically including logo(s), colour palette, typography and a simple brand guide
Final files delivered digitally via Google Drive
Please note that the exact deliverables may vary depending on the complexity of your needs and how prepared you are on the day.
What’s Not Included
BIAD is designed for fast-moving founders who want custom, high-impact design — not a comprehensive branding process.
It does not include:
In-depth brand strategy or positioning
Full naming development (you should come with a business name locked in)
Extended rounds of revision
Packaging, website or social media build-out
Copywriting (beyond what’s needed for design)
If you’re after something more layered, we’d be happy to recommend one of our custom packages.
Payment & Refunds
To secure your Brand in a Day, a 50% deposit (or full payment) is required at the time of booking. This locks in your designer and session date.
Deposits are non-refundable
You may reschedule once with at least 48 hours’ notice (see rescheduling section)
If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice or don’t show up, you forfeit your deposit
The remaining 50% is due on the day of your session, before we deliver your final files
We’ll send a quick reminder that morning with a payment link, so it’s all easy and ready to go.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your Brand in a Day, just give us at least 48 hours’ notice and we’ll move your session to the next available date.
We totally understand that things like illness or emergencies can happen. If something serious comes up (e.g. health, family loss, etc.), we’ll always make space for that — just reach out and we’ll figure it out together.
Reschedules must happen within 3 months of your original date
Reschedules are subject to availability
If you cancel or ghost us with less than 48 hours’ notice (without an emergency), your deposit is forfeited
Communication
Your Brand in a Day is a fast-paced, collaborative process — so communication is everything.
Your day kicks off with a short call to align on direction
You’ll have a dedicated Club Coco designer working on your brand in real-time
You must be available throughout the day to provide feedback promptly (via text or call) so we can keep things moving
We’ll check in at key milestones to share progress and get sign-off
Final brand files will be delivered by the end of the day (or shortly after, depending on complexity)
If you’re unavailable or slow to respond, it may limit how much we can complete during the session — so please block out the day and treat it like a collaboration.
Usage & Ownership
Once the final payment is made, you own the final designs we deliver.
We reserve the right to showcase your project in our portfolio, social media and marketing — unless you request otherwise (we’ll always check first). Any unused concepts or drafts remain the intellectual property of Club Coco.
Mutual Expectations
To get the most out of your BIAD, we expect you to:
Be available on the day for approvals and feedback
Come with a clear idea of your business and what you want (don’t worry, we’ll help guide you)
Trust the process — we move quickly, but with care
In return, you can expect us to show up prepared, focused and ready to make magic with you.
