Shipping and Returns

 

How long does my order take to ship?

Unfortunately due to COVID 19, domestic & international couriers are experiencing longer than usual shipping times. We ship twice a week so that your orders are sent within 48 hours. If your order is urgent please make sure to send us an email so we can ensure you receive your order on time.

Domestic orders are sent via Australia Post. Standard delivery is $9 & Express Delivery is $12 unless stated “Free Shipping” Signature is not required on delivery.

We do not take responsibility if the incorrect address is entered upon ordering. If the order is returned to sender, shipping charges will apply to re-send the order. To ensure the address is correct, please check the order confirmation email.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Yes, we’d like to offer shipping to as many countries as we can! If you don’t see your country listed in the shipping options, please contact us and we’ll see if it’s possible.

International orders are sent via Australia Post for a flat rate of $25 AUD unless stated free shipping. International shipping usually takes 3 -10 working days from Australia to your door. Tracking is only available with some international destinations.

Once your order arrives in the destination country, it is passed onto your local courier service. The same tracking number applies.

What is your return policy? 

If you’re unhappy with your product, or it is damaged please contact us and we can offer an exchange. We do not offer refunds for returns. Return shipping costs will be at the cost of the customer.
